Registration

Before you ask.

Is there really no payment?

None. There is no payment page anywhere on this site and no fee at the door. The conference is funded by partners and sponsors precisely so that cost is never the reason someone misses it.

When does registration actually open?

Public registration opens in January 2027. Anyone who registers interest before then is notified first and gets the speaker lineup ahead of the public announcement.

Can I register a group?

Yes — register each person individually so everyone gets their own QR pass. If you are bringing more than fifteen people, contact the Registration department and they will handle it as a block.

I am under 18. Can I still come?

Yes, with a parent or guardian contact provided at registration. The Welfare and Security departments run safeguarding across all four days.

Can I change my details later?

Yes. Reply to your confirmation email any time before the event and the Registration team will update your record and reissue your pass if needed.

What if I register and cannot come?

Let us know so the seat can go to someone else. There is nothing to refund, but capacity is real and the room does fill.
