01The four days

Chapters

Each day is its own film.

Day One · Thu 29 Apr · Worship & the Word

Word Night

  • Ministration, prayer and personal response
  • First-timer welcome and connection point

02Summit · Day 3

Eight tracks

Pick the room where your career actually moves.

Choose one track at registration. Each runs as a parallel breakout across two rounds, led by practitioners working in the field right now — not motivational speakers, operators.

T01 Career & Corporate Excellence Standing out inside structures you did not build — performance, promotion and integrity in corporate environments.
T02 Entrepreneurship & Business From idea to revenue. Validation, first customers, pricing and the unglamorous operational discipline behind it.
T03 Technology & Innovation Building for the next decade from Lagos outward — engineering, product, AI and the routes into technical careers.
T04 Media & Communications Owning the narrative instead of reacting to it. Production, publishing, brand and the business of attention.
T05 Leadership & Governance Public service as a calling rather than a consolation prize — policy, civic leadership and institutional change.
T06 Relationships & Personal Development The interior work that holds the exterior up. Character, relationships, boundaries and emotional health.
T07 Ministry & Purpose Clarity on assignment and the courage to run it, whether that is vocational ministry or the marketplace.
T08 Financial Intelligence Earning, keeping and multiplying on purpose — budgeting, saving, investing and money as a discipleship issue.

Before you come

Everything else you need to know.

The venue is confirmed and published alongside the January 2027 registration launch. Everyone who registers is emailed the address, directions and parking guidance first, before it goes public.

No. Your QR ticket arrives by email and can be shown on your phone at the door. If your battery is a risk, a screenshot works — the code does not need a live connection.

Track sessions are capacity-managed, so switching depends on room space. Ask at the Summit registration desk in the morning and the team will accommodate you if the room allows.

Refreshments are provided on Summit day as part of the structured networking lunch. On the other three days there are vendors on site.

Come as you are. Summit day skews slightly smarter because of the networking, but there is no dress code on any day.

Yes. Step-free access and accessible facilities are part of the venue requirement. If you have specific access needs, note them at registration and the Hospitality department will contact you directly.
