Disciple
Ground a generation in scripture so their faith survives contact with the real world — not just a conference high that fades by Wednesday.
Home — About
STANDOUT is the flagship annual conference of the TREM Zone 7 Next Gen Directorate — four days built to prove that faith and excellence were never opposites.
Why this exists
Most conferences aimed at young people ask them to choose. Be serious about God, or be serious about your career. Be spiritual, or be ambitious. STANDOUT was built because that choice is false, and because a generation is quietly walking away from faith rather than make it.
So the programme refuses the split. A night given entirely to worship and the Word. A concert produced to a standard that would hold up on any stage in Lagos. A career summit run by people actually doing the work. And a finale that sends everyone home with something specific to do.
Registration and entry are free. They always have been. The event runs on partnership and sponsorship, not on ticket revenue, because the young people who most need to be in the room are usually the ones who can least afford a ticket.
Four commitments
Ground a generation in scripture so their faith survives contact with the real world — not just a conference high that fades by Wednesday.
Put practitioners in front of them. Eight career tracks, real operators, honest answers about how work actually works.
Build the network they'll still be calling in ten years. Peers, mentors and employers in one room.
Send them back into their spheres with a defined assignment, not a vague feeling.
Targets
These are the 2027 targets the organising committee is working to — published here because a conference that asks for partnership should be willing to state what it is aiming at.

Good to know
Yes — registration and entry are free for all four days, with no ticket tier, no VIP upgrade and no payment page anywhere on this site. The only thing you can spend money on is merch, and that is paid for at the venue, not online.
No. Each day stands on its own and you can come to one, two or all four. You will be asked which days you plan to attend at registration, purely so the team can plan seating and catering.
The programme is built for 17–35s, but nobody is turned away on age. Attendees under 18 are asked to provide a parent or guardian contact at registration.
Yes. A significant share of attendees come from other churches, from campuses across the zone, or from no church at all. You are welcome exactly as you are.
Venue details are confirmed and published alongside the January 2027 registration launch. Everyone who registers is notified by email first.
